Customized orders
Customer-approved customized design, printed photo product, visiting card, flex ya made-to-order item normally returnable nahi hota unless Guru Kripa ki production mistake ya verified defect ho.
Printout errors
Wrong page range/settings customer ne approve ki ho to refund nahi; Guru Kripa ki verified printing mistake par reprint priority remedy hogi.
Refund timeline
Approved online refund original payment method par gateway/bank processing time ke according reflect hoga. Wallet refund customer account me faster show ho sakta hai.
