Order ke liye name, mobile, email, address, selected print settings aur customer-uploaded files collect hote hain. Payment card/UPI credentials Guru Kripa Services server par store nahi hote.
How files are used
Uploaded files sirf quotation, quality verification, design proof aur printing ke liye authorized staff use karta hai. Files ko becha ya advertising ke liye reuse nahi kiya jata.
File retention
Order files normally 30 days tak rakhe ja sakte hain. Delivered/cancelled order ki retention complete hone ke baad daily cleanup un files ko delete karta hai. Invoice aur order metadata legal/accounting record ke liye reh sakta hai.
Account security
Passwords secure hash ke roop me store hote hain. Password-protected PDF ka document password encrypted form me store hota hai aur authorized admin ko hi dikhaya jata hai.
